Welcome to Art Werkx. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the website. Your use of the website including browsing, purchasing, booking Food& Beverage/ Artcraft activities or café-related services. By accessing the website, you represent and warrant that you have (1) read, understood and agree to be bound by the agreement and that (2) you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning your access and use of the website. 

Art Werkx reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such revisions will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised agreement on the website. You agree to review the agreement periodically, and the continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions to this agreement.

 

General Information

  • Our website provides information and services related to our art & craft café, including food & beverage menu, workshop bookings, events, and product purchases.

 

Café Services

  • Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Allergen and dietary information is provided to the best of our knowledge but may not be exhaustive. Please inform staff of any allergies or restrictions before ordering.

 

Workshop & Event Bookings

  • Advance booking is recommended for all activity /workshops/event booking
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your spot.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered a refund or alternative date.

 

Online Orders & Product Sales (Singapore only)

  • Items purchased from our website are subject to availability.
  • We aim to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.
  • All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. 
  • The Consumer shall bear and pay to Art Werkx:
  1. The delivery and shipment charges
  2. The delivery, re-delivery, forwarding, shipment, re-shipment and administrative costs, tax duties, storage and disposal charges for any item(s) which is/are rejected by the consumer where such rejection is not made pursuant to an express right of the Consumer under these conditions, or where any delivery to the Consumer is unsuccessful for any reason.

Art Werkx shall deliver the package(s) to the delivery address as designated by the Consumer and agreed to by Art Werkx. In the event that nobody is present to receive the package, additional charges will apply for re-delivery. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so that the courier can reach you under any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept secure online payment methods including:
    • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex)
    • PayNow or bank transfer 
  • Payment must be completed at the time of booking or ordering.
  • For subscription-based services or memberships, recurring charges will be clearly communicated.
  • If payment is not successful, we reserve the right to cancel or withhold services or bookings.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and artwork on this site, is the property of Art Werkx or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

 

User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may impair its function or security.
  • Any abusive, harmful, or fraudulent behavior will result in denial of access to our services.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our services.

 

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.  Any applicable, any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
